Job Description
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering both New Build and Refurbishment projects as a number 1?
We are working with a successful, reputable Main Contractor who work across the North Wales and surrounding areas, specialising in Education & Healthcare projects, working on projects valued up to £8m.
They have won a number of new projects due to start and as a result they are looking to add to their close knit team.
Reporting to a Contracts Manager, your duties will include:
The smooth operational running of your assigned site
Ensuring health & safety is maintained and policies are adhered to at all times.
Monitoring the quality of work
Establishing and maintaining a great working relationship with the client
Chairing regular meetings
Programming works
Ordering materialsExperience needed:
The successful candidate will ideally come from a Main Contractor background, and must have experience of managing both refurbishment and new build/extension projects within the Public sector from start to completion. You must also hold SMSTS, CSCS (ideally Black) and First Aid.
You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
You will benefit from a basic salary of approximately £50k + car or car allowance, pension and further benefits.
