Fit Out & Refurbishment experience, ideally within high-end residential projects Trade background

First Aid at Work CSCS Managers Card Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and site management

Responsibilities

Reporting to and working closely with the Contracts Manager Procore / Breadcrumb Experience Lead the day-to-day running of a high-end refurbishment project consisting of 7 luxury apartments in Manchester City Centre Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and deliveries to maintain the project programme Carry out site inductions and ensure all operatives comply with Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements Review RAMS and issue permits where required Monitor progress against the construction programme and assist with short-term and weekly look-ahead planning Maintain high-quality standards throughout all aspects of the refurbishment Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily records, work orders, purchase orders and RFIs Coordinate inspections, handovers and sign-offs to ensure allocated areas are completed to the required standard Maintain clear communication with the project team and report progress, issues and programme risks
