Site Operations Leader — Recycling & Processing

Aspion Search is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy recycling and processing site. This hands-on leadership role oversees wash plant operations, crushing, screening, loading, stockpiling and yard management.

You will lead a team of Supervisors, Operators and Site Operatives, ensure safety and compliance, hit production targets, and drive continuous improvement.
