Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and maintain the availability, performance, and scalability of production systems.
• Develop and implement automation tools and scripts to streamline operational tasks and deployments.
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions, including cloud services and on-premises hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure systems are designed for reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Administration role.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, monitoring tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
