Sixth Form Academic Coach — Fixed-Term (1 Year)

Loughborough College is seeking a dynamic Academic Coach to join the Sixth Form team on a 1-year fixed-term contract at Radmoor Road. This role focuses on coaching students in study skills, UCAS guidance and pastoral support.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group coaching in the STAR room, support Personal, Academic and Professional Development tutorials, and help students progress toward university, apprenticeships, and wellbeing outcomes.
