At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, weare looking at candidates to join our Fruit evening shift (Mon-Fri 16:00-00:00) in the Production Cleaning Operative role. Please note locally this role is known as a Skilled Operator.
You will be responsible rresponsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production areas, ensuring all rooms, equipment and production facilities are cleaned in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
You will be happy to work in a fast-paced production environment. Full training is provided, although if you have worked in food manufacturing before, that would be an advantage. There is scope to increase the hourly pay once further training has been completed.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and sanitising production rooms.
- Scrubbing and cleaning vessels.
- Running CIP cycles.
- Cleaning production equipment and areas.
- Washing and cleaning production trays/Buckets.
- Following all hygiene, health & safety procedures and cleaning schedules.
- Complete and sign all required cleaning and production documentation.
