Skincare Counter Lead & Team Coach

Boots UK is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead a counter within-store, coaching the team to hit sales targets while delivering personalised skincare consultations. Based on the Liz Earle counter, you will report to the Regional Business Manager and help drive customer service excellence.

You'll manage counter presentation, drive promotions, and participate in the Skin School development programme to grow product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
