Sleep-In Complex Care Support Worker - Active & Community

Compassionate Care Group is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join our team and support a gentleman living in his own home. You will help him stay active, access the community and enjoy his daily activities.

The role involves assisting with daily routines, personal care, companionship, meals, medications and light household tasks, plus completing care notes and MAR charts. Full UK driving license and access to a car are essential; sponsorship is not provided.
