We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heartwho wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea to help our clients live anindependent lifein their own home for as long as it is possible.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship
• Buildingstrong professional relationships
• Assistance with personal care and taking medications

What does being a Caregiver involve?

• Minimum 10hour visits
• Introductions to all new clients
• Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests.
• Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to buildmeaningful relationships
• Award winning training
• Waking nights paid at hour rate of £12.85- £14.20and length of service.
• Sleep In- STC
• Holiday pay/ Bank holiday rates
• Travel expenses paid between clients

No formal qualifications are needed for this role.Experience of working in a care settingwould beadvantageous however not essential as full training and on-going support is provided as standard.We are the only care company to be awarded two Princess Royal Training Awards for our Alzheimer’s and dementia training, which is City & Guilds accredited.
