A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Small Animal Vet to join a well-established, highly respected practice offering both Hospital and Branch work across beautiful Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. Highlights
- Location: Oxfordshire (Hospital & Branch Sites)
- Hours: 4 days per week (8:00am–6:30pm) — alternative patterns considered
- OOH: Approx. 1:10 full weekends (day shifts) occasional Saturday morning consults
- Time Off: Monday morning off after full weekend; full day off following occasional night shift
The Role
You’ll be primarily based at a busy Hospital site, with some sole-charge work at local branches. The role offers a balanced mix of consultations, surgery, hospital shifts and occasional ambulatory work, all supported by excellent nursing, reception, and coordination teams.

About You

You will need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Small Animal Vet role
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport (rural location)
- A positive, collaborative approach with high clinical standards
- A genuine passion for high-quality veterinary care
