Alecto Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its Smart Buildings & Building Automation division in Fareham. This permanent, office-based role offers a base salary of 25,000–35,000 plus commission, quarterly and Christmas bonuses, and private healthcare.

The successful candidate will work on an established desk with a warm client base, supported by internal tools and ongoing training.
