About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Smart Contract Auditor to join their security team on a contract basis. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for thoroughly reviewing and analyzing smart contracts to identify vulnerabilities, security flaws, and potential risks before they are deployed. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the safety and integrity of our client's blockchain projects and protecting user assets. Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth security audits of smart contracts written in Solidity or other relevant languages.
• Identify potential vulnerabilities, including reentrancy attacks, integer overflows, and access control issues.
• Utilize static and dynamic analysis tools to uncover security weaknesses.
• Provide detailed audit reports with clear explanations of findings and recommended remediation steps.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure identified issues are addressed effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest smart contract exploits, attack vectors, and security best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a smart contract auditor or security researcher in the blockchain space.
• Strong understanding of smart contract programming (Solidity) and common vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency with security auditing tools, static analyzers, and symbolic execution engines.
• Experience in formal verification techniques is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote contract role.
