Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Experienced SMSTS Site Manager for a project in Ilfracombe, Devon.

Job Details:
- Holiday cover
- Assisting with the daily running of a high end residential project
- Keeping project on schedule
- Reporting and liaising with contracts manager and quantity surveyors
- Management of site trades and contractors
- Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety on site

You will be working on behalf of Wick Hollow for our Client who is a high end residential developer.

Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £250 per day - CIS
Weekly pay based on Time sheet
.
You will need to:
- SSSTS
- First Aid
- Proven track record in similar roles
- Relevant experience
- Have PPE
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have proof of right to work in the UK
