SMT Logistics Operative

This is a hands‑on role supporting our PCBA & production operation, with responsibilities including:

• Kitting and issuing materials and orders to SMT areas
• Loading and unloading goods
• Operating forklift trucks (training provided where required)
• Stock control and inventory management
• Supporting cycle counts, stock audits and continuous inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Supporting continuous improvement within the PCBA operation

Working Hours

This is a rotating shift role, alternating weekly between: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 (Early Shift) Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 (Late Shift) Occasional Saturday working may be required to support business needs.
