Setting up, running, and monitoring Europlacer SMT placement machines to meet output and quality targets Completing product changeovers efficiently and accurately to keep production on schedule Carrying out basic fault-finding and escalating issues promptly to minimise downtime Performing routine checks and adjustments to maintain consistent placement quality Following build instructions and process documentation to ensure standards are met Keeping the work area organised and supporting continuous improvement on the line As a SMT Technician, your experience will include:
