Snack Product Development Lead

Intersnack is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end development from consumer-driven concepts to factory scale-up and market launches. You will work with marketing, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and category teams to ensure consumer appeal, quality, food safety, sustainability, and commercial performance.

You will drive formulations, prototypes, and pilot scale-up trials while meeting deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.
