Social & Content Assistant | Ecommerce Brand Lancashire | £28,000-£32,000 | Full-Time Zachary Daniels are working exclusively with a growing consumer and ecommerce brand to recruit a Social & Content Assistant to join their marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media and wants to build a career in content, fashion, lifestyle and digital marketing. You'll help create engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and other social channels, supporting campaigns, shoots, launches and day-to-day content activity.

The Role

As Social & Content Assistant, you'll be responsible for: * Creating and scheduling social content across key platforms * Producing TikToks, Reels, Stories and short-form video * Writing engaging captions and social copy * Supporting shoots, content days, campaigns and launches * Filming content both behind and in front of the camera * Spotting emerging trends, sounds and social formats * Bringing fresh content ideas to the wider team * Supporting influencer, creator and UGC activity * Monitoring engagement and helping improve content performance * Maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity What We're Looking For We're looking for someone creative, proactive and genuinely passionate about social media. You'll ideally have: * Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram * Experience editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite * Basic photography and videography skills * Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite * A good understanding of what makes social content perform * Strong awareness of social trends and digital culture * Confidence appearing on camera when needed * Strong organisation and plenty of creative ideas Previous experience could come from a role, internship, freelance work or even your own social channels - creativity, attitude and potential are key.
