Social Housing Electrician

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join a busy compliance and maintenance team covering Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton.

The Role

• Carry out electrical testing, repairs and maintenance in residential properties

• Complete responsive repairs and planned works

• Work in line with BS7671, health & safety requirements and company procedures

• Complete inspection sheets, minor works and installation certificates

• Identify and requisition materials required for works

• Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

• 18th Edition (BS7671)

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing

• Previous residential/housing experience preferred

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
