Social Housing Repairs Planner & Scheduler

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Repairs Planner / Scheduler for a social housing repairs and maintenance project. Based in Stratford, East London, the role is full-time, on-going temporary contract, with a pay rate of £13.46–£14.90 per hour (40 hours per week).

You will manage calls on the system, coordinate operatives' diaries, plan repairs and maintenance requests, and liaise with tenants, the client and engineers.
