About the Role

Our client, an influential organisation within the Charity & Voluntary sector, is seeking a meticulous and insightful Social Impact Analyst to join their team in Bristol . This role is essential for measuring, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness and impact of the charity's programmes and initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data collection and analysis frameworks, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate accountability to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust methodologies for measuring social impact, outcomes, and effectiveness.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data from various programme sources.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations on social impact findings for internal and external audiences.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform programme development, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and evaluation.
• Collaborate with programme teams to ensure data collection processes are effective and aligned with evaluation needs.

Requirements

• Experience in impact measurement, evaluation, data analysis, or a related field, ideally within the Charity & Voluntary sector.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualisation tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Understanding of logic models, theory of change, and various impact evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
