Social Impact Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Social Impact Manager to lead initiatives in Belfast . This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring the charity's social impact programmes, ensuring alignment with its mission and strategic objectives. You will work across departments to embed social impact principles into all aspects of the organisation's work, fostering a culture of positive change and accountability. This is a key leadership position for an individual dedicated to maximising social good and demonstrating measurable outcomes for the communities served in Northern Ireland .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of social impact strategies and programmes.
• Develop metrics and frameworks to measure, evaluate, and report on social impact.
• Engage with stakeholders, beneficiaries, and partners to gather feedback and insights.
• Advocate for social impact best practices across the organisation and externally.
• Manage budgets and resources allocated to social impact initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in social impact measurement, programme management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social enterprise, sustainability, and impact investing principles.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
