Social Justice Learning Support Assistant (Secondary)

Milk Education is recruiting Sociology, Psychology, and Social Science graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants in a Hounslow secondary school.

This term-time role offers Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a daily pay of £108 and a September 2026 start date. You will support pupils at risk of underachievement, address SEMH needs, and work with pastoral and SEN staff to enable consistent access to learning.
