About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Social Media Analyst to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and overall platform performance. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics across all relevant platforms (e.g., engagement rates, reach, follower growth, sentiment).
- Generate regular reports on social media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct social listening to identify brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Assist in the development and execution of A/B tests for social media content and ad creatives.
- Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform analytics) to gather and interpret data.
- Collaborate with the social media team to translate data insights into actionable strategies for content and campaign optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a social media analytics or digital marketing analytics role.
- Strong proficiency with social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, concise reports and recommendations.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles is a plus.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting in Oxford .
