Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging copy.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with online communities.
