About the Role

This role is responsible for cultivating and growing our client's online community, managing all social media channels, and developing engaging content that enhances brand loyalty and drives interaction. You will be the voice of the brand online, fostering positive relationships with followers, responding to inquiries, and analysing social media performance to inform strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and short videos.
• Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
• Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Analyse social media metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on performance and insights.
• Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager, with a strong understanding of social media best practices.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later) and analytics platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable online persona.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in e-commerce or a related field is advantageous.
