Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy and segmenting email lists.
• Help track and report on key social media and digital marketing metrics.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new marketing avenues.

Requirements

• A strong interest in and understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva) or an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A relevant degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrable passion and equivalent experience.
