Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in the creation of social media graphics, short videos, and written copy for posts.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and paid social promotions.
• Track and report on social media and digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct market research on competitor activities and emerging social media trends.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or agency setting.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) and content writing abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
