Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media profiles across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Create compelling and relevant content, including text, images, and short videos, tailored for social media and the e-commerce site.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and build community relationships.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and promotional activities.
• Support the e-commerce team by updating product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions and imagery.
• Track and report on social media and e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft engaging content.
