Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, written posts) for all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring feeds, and responding to comments and messages.
- Actively engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions, building relationships, and managing brand reputation.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics, reporting on key metrics and providing insights to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaign objectives and product launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or Community Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social) and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage an online community.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team setting.
