About the Role

Our client is searching for a creative and innovative Social Media Content Creator to join their expanding marketing department based in Coventry . In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing engaging content across all our social media channels to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and visual identity online, working within a dynamic team that is passionate about digital storytelling and brand engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and strategies aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Produce high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, Reels, and compelling captions.
• Schedule and publish content across various social media channels using scheduling tools.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions.
• Monitor social media trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and execution to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms, preferably in an e-commerce context.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Portfolio showcasing previous social media content creation work is highly desirable.
