Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding in a timely and on-brand manner.
• Support the Social Media Manager in campaign execution and content creation.
• Help track social media performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting.
• Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand advocacy.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.

Requirements

• Passion for social media marketing and a good understanding of major platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic content creation skills (e.g., Canva, simple graphic design).
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
• Some experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
