About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join their vibrant marketing team based in Sunderland . This role will involve managing day-to-day social media operations, creating compelling content, and engaging with online communities to build brand loyalty and drive traffic to their e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in implementing social media strategies that resonate with target audiences and contribute to the overall growth of the brand's digital footprint. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and passionate about the ever-evolving world of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest).
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
Analyze social media performance data to identify trends and provide insights for campaign optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Assist in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related digital marketing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative copywriting.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of visual content creation (image and video editing basics).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
