Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (visuals, videos, copy) tailored for each platform and target audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Build and nurture online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports with actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
• In-depth knowledge of current social media best practices, trends, and platform algorithms.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and an understanding of its audience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team in an office setting .
