About the Role

This role is responsible for creating and implementing engaging social media strategies that amplify brand awareness, drive community engagement, and support marketing objectives. You will manage all social media channels, develop content calendars, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging, original, and high-quality content, including text, images, and video, tailored for each platform.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase engagement and reach.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive relationships.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and content management platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms and budget management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
