About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative, strategic, and experienced Social Media Manager to lead their social media presence from Liverpool . Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, video) across relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity, providing timely insights and recommendations.
• Run paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key KPIs and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management , with a proven track record of growing online communities.
• Expertise across major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage campaigns from start to finish in Liverpool .
