About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) for all social media channels, including Instagram , Facebook , Twitter , and TikTok .
- Monitor social media trends, user-generated content, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Manage and grow the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within e-commerce.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and content creation software.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
