Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations, engaging with the community proactively.
• Manage and grow the company's social media following across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills.
