About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead their online community engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and user-generated content, responding in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Build and nurture online communities, actively engaging with followers and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Analyze social media performance data, track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, ideally within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content and engagement.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing capabilities.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, native platform analytics).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
