Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer inquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Analyze social media performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Build and nurture online communities around client brands.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to create engaging and effective social media content and campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
