Key Responsibilities

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports on key insights and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing objectives and product launches.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management or a related digital marketing role.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience demographics.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
