Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule compelling and high-quality content (text, images, video) that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on integrated campaigns and brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar social media marketing role.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in creating engaging social media content and managing online communities.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, native platform analytics).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive office culture in Cardiff .
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
