Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) for all relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions of the brand, engaging with followers and responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key indicators (e.g., engagement rate, reach, follower growth), and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive specific marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective and innovative.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a creative flair.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual content (basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate seamlessly in a remote setting.
