Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content, including visuals, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback, responding appropriately.
- Manage and grow the online community, fostering positive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Analyse social media performance metrics, reporting on key insights and recommending strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.
- Experience with paid social advertising campaigns is a plus.
