Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity, identifying opportunities and potential risks.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media marketing for brands or organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Strong content creation skills (writing, basic design/video editing).
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
• Located in or able to commute to Bradford for hybrid working.
