Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement; respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports and providing insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content and advertising.
- Excellent content creation skills (written, visual, and video), with a strong understanding of brand voice and tone.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
