Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
