What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive Care Act Assessments and develop personalised support plans that transform lives.
• Tackle complex challenges with skilled Section 42 Enquiries and Mental Capacity Assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Adopt a strength-based approach, empowering individuals and promoting independence.
• Engage in essential CHC and s117 work, ensuring seamless and thorough support for all.
• Adapt your skills to work with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.

Requirements

• Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Hold a qualifying degree.
• Deep understanding of current legislation and its real-world impact.
• Drive to potentially pursue qualifications in Practice Education, Best Interest Assessor, and/or Approved Mental Health Professional roles.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential.
