Social Worker – Children & Families (Hybrid, Sign of Safety)

Hoop Social Work are recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join the Penderry Children’s Protection (CP) Team within Swansea Council. Based at Guildhall, Swansea (SA1 4PE), the role focuses on statutory children and families work to support children across the Penderry area.

The team uses Signs of Safety, with a strengths-based approach and strong partnership working to achieve positive outcomes. Hybrid working with office attendance required in Swansea.
