Social Worker – Disabled Children’s Team (Hybrid)

City of York Council in York is seeking a compassionate social worker to join the Disabled Children’s Team, delivering bespoke care for children with complex disabilities. You will help drive the Building Brighter Futures model and participate in Signs of Safety led practice with ongoing training.

The role involves managing a workable caseload, ensuring timely reporting and collaborative work with families, and contributing to a supportive supervision framework. Hybrid working is available.
