Social Worker — Families First Team: Child-Centred Support

Southend City Council is seeking a permanent full-time Qualified Social Worker to join one of six Families First Service Teams. You will work directly with children, young people, and families to create lasting change, building trust and using a restorative, relational approach.

You will assess needs and risks with the child’s lived experience at the centre, shaping plans that promote safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
